An LED video wall is now the default backdrop for any serious stage in Raipur — corporate launches, weddings, conferences and outdoor public events. But the rental rates can swing 3–4×, and most clients don't know why.
The single biggest cost driver is pixel pitch — the distance between LEDs. P3 is the new standard for indoor walls and looks great from 3 metres back; P4 is fine for larger halls where the audience sits further away. P2 panels exist but are dramatically more expensive and rarely needed.
After pitch, the next factor is rigging. A ground-stacked wall on truss bases is the cheapest configuration. Hanging from a roof truss or motor adds rigging cost and venue compliance work. Outdoor walls need IP-rated cabinets and weather protection — that's a separate inventory and a separate price.
